Diameter is a food-cost decision
Taqueria operators know this already, but it is worth stating: moving from a standard corn tortilla to a street-taco size changes the economics of every taco you sell, in both directions. The smaller tortilla costs less and uses less filling, but customers expect more tacos per order. Run the plate cost both ways before you switch, and factor in that double-tortilla service effectively doubles the tortilla line.
Fresh matters more than it does for most dry goods
Tortillas are a short-shelf-life item that gets treated like a pantry staple. A tortilla that has been sitting cracks when you fold it and goes gummy when you reheat it. Ordering a realistic quantity more often beats buying ahead to chase a case price — and because we run early-morning routes, a tighter order cycle is practical.
We deliver tortillas with the rest of the Latin kitchen staples — carne asada, pork shoulder and chorizo, plus limes, cilantro, onions and peppers. The Mexican and Latin kitchens page covers how we set those accounts up.

Tell us what you go through.
Send your order guide, or just a photo of last week's invoice. We price it line by line, tell you where we are stronger and where we are not, and bring samples before you commit to anything.
Common questions
Do you deliver tortillas refrigerated?
Yes. They ride on the same multi-temp truck as your proteins and produce, so a full order still arrives in one stop.
What sizes do you carry?
Corn from street-taco size up, and flour in taco through large burrito diameters. Tell us what you run and we will match it.
Can I order tortillas without a full broadline order?
Tortillas are part of a regular order rather than a standalone drop. If you are close to our Commerce warehouse, will-call pickup is an option — see will-call.
